Ordering
from Woodland Natural Remedies' U.S. website is easy. You
have 2 payment options.
1.
Pay by Credit Card through PayPal.
Email: You may email us your order, including name,
address and phone number. To make ordering easier, you may
click here to
download a Microsoft Word order form that you may email
to us (orders@woodlandnaturalremedies.com).
Please note that you need to save the order form to your
hard drive, then open it up in Word, fill it out, then email
from Word (and not from your browser window).
Fax or Mail: Click here for
a printable order form that you can fax or mail to us.
Telephone: Call us on the phone (519-765-4708) to
place an order, especially if you have questions you need
to ask.
Our business hours are 9 a.m.
to 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
In all the above situations we will have PayPal email
you an invoice for the amount of your order (the email
will be in our corporate name of Salamon Enterprises Inc.).
The email will include a link to PayPal where you will process
your payment (you do not have to already have an account
with PayPal). Once you process your payment, PayPal will
then immediately email you a receipt. We will then ship
your order. Please do not initiate
sending money from your end. We will do the money request.
Please note that if you choose
to pay by eCheck rather than by Credit Card when paying
through PayPal, we will need to wait until the eCheck clears
(6-8 business days) before sending the order out.

note: we do not take credit cards directly; only through
PayPal. Do not give us your credit card number.)

Once
we have contacted you with the shipping cost and total of
the order, you
will then need to mail an International U.S. money
order (payable
to Russ and Tracey Salamon). The funds must be received
before order is shipped. The local post office is usually
the most economical place to buy money orders. |
| There
is a minimum order of $40 (not including shipping cost)
for orders to the United States. |
| We
ship through Canada Post: Small Packet Air, Expedited Parcel
or Xpresspost. |
| We
endeavour to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving
payment. The duration of transit of the various shipping
options is indicated in the following table. Please
be advised that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping
due to the postal service. |
Shipping
costs to orders going to the U.S. are based on weight. We
sincerely apologize to our American customers for the high
shipping costs, but we are only charging what is our cost
from Canada Post. |

With
Small Packet Air and Expedited Post, parcels
are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks, but can be delayed
up to 4-5 weeks. We cannot be held responsible for parcels
that are delivered late.
With Xpresspost, in the lower 48 States,
parcels should arrive in 4-6 business days. For Alaska and
Hawaii, parcels should arrive in 8 business days with Xpresspost.
