We offer
two herbal dewormers for people. The first, EB490 WORMER, is
an herbal tincture blend of black walnut green hulls, tansy
herb, and wormwood herb. It is very bitter tasting (from the
wormwood and tansy) but very effective. The other, EB510 Black
Walnut, is an herbal tincture of straight black walnut green
hulls. This is mild tasting, but less aggressive towards parasite
(is usually the best choice for children and those who are sensitive
to bitterness). Both tincture contain 35% grain alcohol.
Please note that both tinctures are not to be used during pregnancy
or breast feeding.
The adult dosage for both is 25 drops in a small amount of water,
3 times per day, for 10 days. Can be repeated every 2-3 months.

Homeopathic dewormers typically work more deeply than herbal
dewormers. This is why we recommend both to be taken. The herbal
dewormers tend to work more directly on the parasites themselves
in terms of expulsion. The homeopathic dewormers work more deeply
on a constitutional level by helping the immune system and the
dealing with the individual's predisposition to getting parasites.
Our homeopathic dewormer contains a combination of homeopathic
remedies which have shown great effectiveness in treating intestinal
worms. The remedy contains 10% grain alcohol.
The dosage is 10 drops in the mouth, 3 times per day, between
meals. Homeopathic remedies are absorbed in the mucous membranes
of the mouth, so one should not eat or drink (other than water)
for 20 minutes before or after taking the remedy. Take for 10
consecutive days. Repeat every 2-3 months.

For dogs and
cats we offer our homeopathic dewormer in 50 and 100 ml dropper
bottles.
Homeopathic remedies are safe and do not conflict with other
medications. They are also safe to give during pregnancy and
lactation. The drops are put in the mouth, 3 times per day.
The drops can also be put in clean drinking water, but directly
in the mouth is preferrable. A ten day treatment is recommended.
Can be repeated every 2-3 months. Store the remedy in a cool,
dark place away from odours. When stored properly, homeopathic
remedies keep indefinitely.

For treating
individual livestock, we offer our homeopathic dewormer in 2
fl oz and 4 fl oz mister bottles. For treating large numbers
of livestock, our dewormer comes in 500ml and 1 litres sizes.
Homeopathic remedies are safe and do not conflict with other
medications. They are also safe to give during pregnancy and
lactation.
If treating individual animals, the remedy is spritzed from
the mister bottle either into the animal's mouth, or in the
case of female animals, onto a clean vulva, 2-3 times per day.
Give for 10 consecutive days, and repeat every 2-3 months.

Mix 6 tablespoons (90 ml) of remedy per gallon of stock
solution for automatic medicators to deliver 1 ounce of stock
solution per gallon of drinking water.
Directions for Water Trough or Bowl:
For larger animals, add 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of remedy per
10 gallons of water. For smaller animals who consume less water,
add 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of remedy per 1/2 to 1 gallon of water,
or 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 ml) of remedy per quart or litre of water.
Note:
An empty 2 oz mister bottle is included with each 500 ml or
1 litre bottle in order. This may be filled with remedy in order
to treat individual animals (dose is 3 spritzes on the mouth
or on a clean vulva).

Wormer for Pets and Livestock by Evergreen Botanicals
Safe
and effective herbal dewormer containing wormwood, gentian,
quassia, fennel, psyllium, and garlic. Easy to administer
powder which can be mixed with food or grain ration. Give
twice per day for five consecutive days, every 8 weeks.
No milk withdrawal in dairy animals. Avoid giving during
gestation.

Cattle: 1 1/2 tablespoons
Horses: 1 tablespoon
Goats: 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Sheep: 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Llamas: 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Alpacas: 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Dogs: 1/8 teaspoon for up to 20 lbs weight, 1/4 teaspoon
for 20-50 lbs, 1/2 teaspoon
for over 50 lbs
Cats: 1/8 teaspoon
For juvenile animals, reduce dose in proportion to size.
Do not give to very young animals (ie avoid during first
third of growing up period).
