Information for Canadian Customers
Ordering
from Woodland Natural Remedies is easy.
Email: You may email us your order, including name,
address and phone number. To make ordering easier, you may
click here to
download a Microsoft Word order form that you may email
to us (orders@woodlandnaturalremedies.com).
Please note that you need to save the order form to your
hard drive, then open it up in Word, fill it out, then email
from Word (and not from your browser window).
Fax or Mail: Click here for
a printable order form that you can fax or mail to us. If
you wish to mail it to us, you will need to contact us for
our mailing address. Our fax number is 519-765-4744.
Telephone: Although we very much prefer taking
orders in writing by email or fax in order to get all the
spelling correct for email addresses etc, you may call
us on the phone (519-765-4708) to place an order.
Our business hours are 10
a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday.
Please note that we only sell
by mail order. We do accept pick up orders.

| How
to Pay for your Order |
You
have 2 payment options.
1.
Pay by Credit Card through PayPal.
We will have PayPal email you an invoice for the amount
of your order (the email will be in our corporate name
of Salamon Enterprises Inc.). The email will include a link
to PayPal. Just click on the link in the email to go to
the page on Paypal's site where securely pay for your order
with your credit card (you do not have to already have an
account with PayPal). Once you process your payment, PayPal
will then immediately email you a receipt. We will then
ship your order.
Please do not initiate sending money from your end. We will
do the money request.
Please note that if you choose
to pay by eCheck rather than by Credit Card when paying
through PayPal, we will need to wait until the eCheck clears
(6-8 business days) before sending the order out.
(Please
note: we do not take credit cards directly; only through
PayPal. Do not give us your credit card number.)

2.
Pay by Money Order.
You
will need to contact us to obtain the total for your order
and our mailing address. You
will then need to mail a money order (payable
to Russ and Tracey Salamon). The funds must be received
before order is shipped. The local post office is usually
the most economical place to buy money orders. |

regret that we do not ship to the US or overseas. We only
ship to Canadian destinations. |

ship through Canada Post: Expedited Post or Xpresspost. |

endeavour to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving
payment for the order. Usually we ship the very next business
day. The duration of transit of the various shipping options
is indicated in the following table. Please
be advised that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping
due to the postal service. |
| Residents
of Ontario, British Columbia, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia
and New Brunswick pay HST. Residents of all other provinces
and territories pay only GST. |
| We
stand behind what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied
with what you ordered from us, just return your purchase
within 30 days by mail. You can choose to either exchange
the product or receive a complete refund excluding shipping
costs. |
